We aim to dispatch of the shelf items within 1-2 days of order receipt, Commission based sales can take up to 30 Days to complete the work dependent on the product but please contact us for a guideline for your specific order. We offer TRACKED postage on any item and Pro Tech Models cannot be held responsible if items go missing in the post when this option was not Used/Paid For.

(Please Note Buyers from outside the UK may incur Import/Tax ect as designated by your country's laws, These charges will be the buyers responsibility and ProTechModels can not be held responsible for these and please check your tracking number to see when your item is with your customs Dept. We carnt be held responsible for items held by Customs)

Please allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery in the UK.
Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery to continental Europe.
Please allow 10 - 13 working days for delivery to the rest of the world.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, for standard delivery, Pro Tech Models will only be able to resend or refund UK orders after a period of 28 days has passed, for European / International orders this period is 48 days. Along these guide lines Pro Tech Models can not be held Liable for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders. Claims of missing/Lost Deliveries MUST be made within 48 days of purchace so we can process claims with our postal services outside this time ProTechModels hold no responsibilities for reclaiming your lost items.
In the event that you receive products you are unhappy with please contact our sales team on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return, We will cover costs incurred for the return and we can arrange a replacement, rework or refund. Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to archive that goal. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order please contact email@example.com quoting Cancellation #(Order Number) before we dispatch your items, If your item has already been sent out please wait for delivery and return it to us but advise us of this intention on the same email address so we can process your cancellation quickly.
